A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The balance is charged automatically 7 days before your ceremony. One free reschedule with 7 days' notice.


Marriage License

  • Georgia residents: if at least one of you is a resident of Georgia, you can get your license from any probate court in the state.
  • Non-Georgia residents: if neither is a Georgia resident, a license must be obtained from Clayton County Probate Court where the studio is located.
  • Licenses are issued on weekdays only, and both of you must appear in person.
  • Please bring your license to your ceremony. We cannot begin without it.
